Established in 2005 SKY LEGAL is an Australian legal firm which offers services in a number of legal areas. The biggest growth area of our practice is Australian immigration law. Skilled migration, business migration, family migration, review applications at the MRT, RRT, AAT. We also handle property law, family law, criminal law, powers of attorney and other civil matters.

We are dedicated to providing our clients with up to date legal advice and representation.
We have a flexible approach towards fees and charges. In most cases clients have the option between choosing fixed price fee agreements or an agreed hourly rate / fee schedule. Clients may also be able to arrange payment plans if they are experiencing financial hardship.

The principal legal practitioner of SKY LEGAL is Noeline Perera. Noeline is an Australian Legal Practitioner and a registered migration agent. She is also fluent in Sinhalese. Noeline has a Bachelor of Laws degree with honours from Monash University, Melbourne. She also has a post graduate diploma in legal practice from College of Law, New South Wales. Noeline is also a NAATI accredited professional translator from Sinhalese to English. Prior to establishing SKY LEGAL Noeline worked as a solicitor for The Uniting Church in Australia and Oates Rennick and Associates (Solicitors).
